In Harmony With Nature All-Inclusive Solo Retreats
Explore Your Inner Domain

The setting is not a cabin in the woods or a cottage on the beach.

It’s a small house on a quiet street in an urban setting.

Find Inner Harmony In The Land Of Enchantment

Feel safe in an environment with lots of privacy. Lose track of time as you relax into knowing there is nothing you “have to” do.

Let yourself be pampered, guided, and led to perfect peace.

Your retreat will be tailored to you, the season, and where you are in your life right now.

Give yourself the gift of a Residential Solo Retreat.

Your retreat includes Daily Instructions and Check-In Consultations once a day to bring clarity to current issues, and how to incorporate ‘remembering what you already know’ into your daily life beyond the retreat.

The Tibetan word for retreat, samlado, means literally, “to sit within boundaries,” and the retreat situation is a place where the boundaries are defined specifically. These boundaries may demand not speaking, not reading distracting literature like newspapers, unplugging from technology, and staying on the premises during the length of the retreat.

The body, speech, and mind are placed within this context, and whatever arises from the unconscious is what you work with.

As long as you maintain your self-discipline, the energy of whatever arises is held, and transformation can take its course.

When someone comes for a retreat experience, I am grateful for the opportunity to open my home and create sacred spaces to hold whatever arises. They know they are not here for vacation. They can take a vacation when they leave. They are here to do their inner work, drop the everyday mask and invite the true self to emerge; to open to the parts that can only be accessed through stillness. They leave with new tools, and a new perspective on their lives.

Making Your Retreat Easy Is My Top Priority

Your retreat should be fun, not an exercise of stressing you out. The point is relaxation and inner-focus to “remember what you already know.” You must agree to surrender all of your tech gadgets upon arrival. We will easily plan and schedule every aspect of your retreat, if desired, from the moment you decide to give this gift to yourself, until you come out of retreat. There will be specific activities each day to move us in that direction. Though, keep in mind that our plan is not always the Divine plan.

Teresa L. Crosier, M.S.O.M.

I am a person who has walked many paths in this lifetime. I was born in Columbus, Ohio and had a childhood full of turmoil, living on the streets as a runaway, encountering people I would never forget and who would influence the direction my life took. I am a parent and grandparent, an Army Veteran, Reiki Master, massage therapist, acupuncturist, herbalist, avid gardener, retreat facilitator, author, voice artist, healer of healers, and teacher of teachers.

My book, In Harmony with Nature, shares practical approaches to exploring how a Seasonal Retreat can be a powerful spiritual practice, by finding harmony with each season. It becomes a path that opens the heart and uncovers our true nature. I also share personal stories which reflect how far one can come, despite childhood obstacles and trauma.

I use guided meditations in my practice and personal life to facilitate growth and expansion. Providing this resource for the benefit of others is both an honor and a privilege.

What People Say

Relaxation

C.O.M., Manhattan, NY

What I enjoyed most about my retreat was disconnecting from stress, obligations, and
the outside world. Being guided and supported by Teresa gave me everything I could
ask for. I leave feeling like she taught me so much. And the food; so simple, yet
delicious.

R.M. Philadelphia, PA

I felt complete safety and support while I delved deeply. I felt seen, acknowledged and
held, but never anything that was intrusive. So wonderful to have the heart-opening
beings in the garden and the sweet dog Lucky, to have exchanges with. I didn't even
know esoteric acupuncture was a thing! What an incredible tool. And the food,
yummm! Teresa, thank you for the gifts-you supported my opening flawlessly.

P.T., Albuquerque, NM

Thanks Teresa, for creating this space for me to retreat for a while to take care of
myself, release burdens I have been carrying forever, and touch my true self. I enjoyed
meditating twice a day, qigong after meditation, and the delicious food. I also enjoyed
the organization of your house and your teaching methods, the structure of the retreat,
as well as the flexibility to adapt the teachings, meditations, schedules, etc. to the
needs or requirements of the person, or the process of the person doing the retreat.

A.K., London, UK

You created and held sacred space where I connected to the deepest part of me. Your wisdom in what you noticed about me and where I get stuck and expressed that to me, in a loving, compassionate and clear way, that is special and rare. You share from the deep, deep well of your life experiences and healing, and your shamanic nature. I felt cared for in every way. Each meal was special. I understand now the term, “food for the soul.” Deep gratitude, Teresa! I feel blessed to have this experience. Best birthday gift I’ve had!

Margo Chamberlain Memorial Scholarship

As a tribute to my friend Margo, I have set up a scholarship fund to provide financial assistance for those who truly could not otherwise afford a meditation retreat. Margo believed life was full of possibilities and new adventures. During our 15 years of friendship, before her death, she became a mentor, showing me unwavering support and encouraging me each step of the way to live in the fullness of my being, so I could support others in doing the same. Financial support is available for up to 50% of retreat tuition. Limited to one scholarship per calendar year on a first-come basis. PLEASE NOTE: Scholarship funds can only cover RETREAT FEES (lodging and meals). Scholarship funds do not cover transportation costs or DANA. Please keep this in mind when budgeting the amount you are able to pay towards your retreat fees.
